Refunds would not be acceptable on orders delayed due to COVID-19. Orders can be cancelled and a store credit will be allotted in case you want to cancel the order.

We accept returns and issue a refund for unstitched products if you are not satisfied/happy with your purchase. You have to inform us the same within 24 hours from the date of receiving the product. Once the return is authorized, product (s) needs to be sent back to us withgiin 7 days of authorization. Returns will not be accepted after 7 days of receiving the product.

There is an admin/credit card commission cost of 2.5% plus Rs 250 which will be deducted for a refund. In case the refund is issued as a gift voucher/store credit, no charges will be applicable. Gift voucers/store credit is valid upto 6 months from the date of issue. Since we offer free shipping all over India, the shipping cost will be deducted for a refund.

Bridal Wear is non eligible for returns.

In case of COD orders, the shipping + COD charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping charges will be borne entirely by the customer.

For international returns, any custom charges levied at the time of receiving the parcel by us will be adjusted in the refund amount.

Returns will not be accepted for stitched/customized outfits. However, if alterations are required they can be done free of cost. However the shipping cost to be borne by the customer.

Any shipping charges paid by the customer while purchasing the products cannot be refunded. This includes custom duties, taxes if applicable or paid by the customer at the time of receiving the goods.
